1. Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 44bd online gaming platform ("Platform", "44bd", "we") and its users ("Member", "you"). 44bd operates a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at registration. 44bd may at any time request government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity. Failure to provide documentation or submission of false information may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 44bd immediately.

• Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• Identity verification may be required to change account details.
• Inactive accounts may be declared dormant after a specified period.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Approved payment methods for depositing funds on 44bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via cryptocurrency or unapproved methods will not be accepted.
• 44bd reserves the right to verify any suspicious deposit transactions.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another approved method registered in your name. 44bd aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes; however, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• 44bd reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawal limits within a given time period may apply.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

44bd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• A bonus is issued once only and is non-transferable.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
• Certain game categories may contribute a limited amount toward bonus wagering.
• 44bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A given promotion applies once per member, household, or device.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.

5.3 VIP Program

The 44bd VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond. Progression through VIP tiers depends on activity and play patterns on the platform.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on 44bd are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed.

• In the event of a technical error during a game, the bet may be voided and the staked amount refunded.
• The outcome of a game interrupted due to network issues will be determined according to server logs.
• In case of a dispute over a game result, 44bd's decision shall be considered final.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Only bets accepted before an event begins will be considered valid.

• Placing bets on a single event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Account syndication or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 44bd and may result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Reverse engineering game software or making unauthorised modifications.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by 44bd

44bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A court order or legal obligation.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Upon account closure, any applicable balance (from legitimate sources) may be refunded; however, in cases of prohibited activity, all balances may be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Under no circumstances will 44bd's total liability exceed the total balance available in the member's 44bd account.

11. Changes to Terms

• Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
